* All orders will be processed and shipped Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

* Domestic shipping normally takes 3-5 business days

* International shipping normally takes 2-3 weeks (depends on location)

* Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days.

* During the Holiday rush, orders will be processed within 2-3 days.

* For international orders, please check with your local customs agency about additional charges before ordering as we will not be responsible for customs duties, brokerage fees, etc. If your international location does not appear upon checkout please email us for product availability and shipping quote.

For returns, please include a copy of your receipt, insure and send your return (we recommend using USPS when sending to Hawaii) to the address below:
